Each upazila office provides free training for a maximum of 8/14/21 days of the year and a half based on local demand in addition to certain trades prescribed and the trainees get loan facility for setting up / expanding their projects. C. Concerning youth loans: 1. Self-employment project (Single) A) Youth and young women trained by the Department of Youth Development 25 thousand to 75 thousand rupees The loan is repayable in 24 consecutive monthly installments except 03 months grace period. 10% At a declining rate Not more than 2 months
2. Family Based Microfinance (Team and Center Based) Family and Employment Program Team and Center Member 7 thousand rupees in the 1st year, up to 16 thousand rupees in the next 5 years. In weekly installments (within 1 year of borrowing) 10% At a declining rate Not more than 2 months Contact: The trainees will get loan facility as per the schedule given for setting up / expanding their project. Involvement for collection of youth loan application forms, information and execution of all loan disbursement activities and for receiving institutional training one has to contact the Office of the Deputy Director, Department of Youth Development, Banglabazar.

To organize various seminars / workshops / discussion meetings etc. to involve the youth and voluntary youth organizations in various national development activities. To observe the National Youth Day on 1st November every year with due importance. To arrange for youth to travel to SAARC and Commonwealth countries at government expense under the Youth Exchange Program.

প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণকারীগণ তাদের প্রকল্প স্থাপন/সম্প্রসারণের জন্য উপযুক্ত ছকে বর্নিত ঋণ সুবিধা পাবেন । যুব ঋণের আবেদন পত্র সংগ্রহ, তথ্য ও ঋণ প্রদানের যাবতীয় কার্যক্রম সম্পাদনের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট উপজেলা যুব উন্নয়ন কার্যালয় যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানিক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের জন্য উপ পরিচালকের কার্যালয়, যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তর, বাংলাবাজার যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
